Ballwin Triathlon
The Ballwin Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned event on Sunday, July 18, 2027, presented in partnership with the City of Ballwin and MSE Racing. The event offers single, relay, and double formats that share the same swim, bike, and run distances. Registration often reaches capacity and wave start assignments are offered on a first come, first serve basis at registration.
Race options include:
- Ballwin Single: 300 yard swim, 9 mile bike, 3.4 mile run
- Ballwin Single Relay: same distances completed by a team
- Ballwin Double: two sequential Single courses with an extra lap in the lazy river
Pre-event packet pickup is scheduled for the day before the race at SBR Bikes & Brews in Chesterfield. Athletes must present a photo ID to receive their packet; one person may pick up another athlete’s packet only for relay teams. Packets include a wristband for transition access, a timing chip to be worn on the left ankle, a bike sticker, a helmet sticker, and a race bib to be worn on the run.
Entry includes a race shirt, swim cap, finisher medal, live race results, and awards for top finishers. All participants must have a valid USA Triathlon membership or purchase a single-event membership if not already a member. There are no refunds, transfers, or race-day deferrals.
