Event overview
The Ballarat Christmas Fun Run is a community running event organized by Ballarat Run Club on Sunday, 14 December 2025 at Victoria Park, Newington Ballarat, VIC, Australia. The event supports local charities; $5 from every entry will be donated to Grampians Health (via the Ballarat Health Services Foundation) and Ballarat Food Bank. A Micro Marathon for children aged 6 years and under is included; $5 per Micro Marathon ticket is donated to the charity partners.
Race details and fees
The event uses a flat, scenic course with fully closed roads and course marshalling. On-course drink stations provide water and electrolytes. Participants receive an official race bib, event timing and results handled by Tomato Timing, and a complimentary post-event snack. Entries are entered into a draw for vouchers with the draw held at the presentation ceremony. Representatives from Runners Prep will be available on site.
