Lake Esmond Triathlon & Duathlon - Race 3
The Lake Esmond Triathlon & Duathlon is the third race in the 2025/26 series hosted by the Ballarat Triathlon Club. The event takes place in Ballarat and offers a variety of multisport disciplines including triathlons, duathlons, and an aquabike option. Participants can choose between individual entries or team formats for specific distances.
The competition features two primary distance categories: the Eureka (Sprint) and the Sovereign (Enticer). The Eureka distance includes a 750m swim, 14km bike, and 3km run, while the Sovereign distance consists of a 375m swim, 7km bike, and 1.5km run. The duathlon alternatives replace the swim with an initial run leg.

- Triathlon Sovereign (Enticer): 375m swim, 7km bike, and 1.5km run.
- Duathlon Eureka (Sprint): 3km run, 14km bike, and 3km run.
- Duathlon Sovereign (Enticer): 1.5km run, 7km bike, and 1.5km run.
- Aquabike: 750m swim and 14km bike.
- Team Eureka and Sovereign: Relay options for both sprint and enticer distances.
Registration is open to participants born in 2013 and older, covering both junior and adult categories. All entries must be completed online by 8pm on the Friday preceding the race, as no registrations are accepted on the day of the event.
