Baildon Boundary Way & Baildon Part-Way 2027
The Baildon Boundary Way and the new Baildon Part-Way 10k take place in Baildon, West Yorkshire on Sunday 4 April 2027. The event is organised from Baildon Rugby & Cricket Sports Club, Heygate Lane, off Jenny Lane, Baildon BD17 6RS.

Both routes are trail events with an undulating profile that passes through woodland, moorland, canal and rolling countryside, and includes sections on tarmac and trails. The 10k route starts with a punchy downhill section, runs through woodland and mixed surfaces, then returns uphill to the finish. The routes are fully marshalled and waymarked. Provisional GPX files will be available on the Baildon Runners event page. Water stations will be provided on both courses.
Facilities at Race HQ include toilets, changing, showers and distance markers. There is no baggage storage. All finishers receive a memento including a folding reusable drinks cup; the cup will be required as the event will avoid single-use plastic. Entries made by 31 January 2027 include a t-shirt. The event is for over 17s only.
The half marathon has a cut-off at 8.7 miles: runners must reach this point within 2 hours 30 minutes of the start or they will be asked to withdraw and offered transport back to Race HQ. There is no official cut-off for the 10k.
Entry is limited to 500 places. The event is held under a TRA permit (TBC) and UK Athletics rules, and is open to both affiliated and non-affiliated athletes. Race numbers are collected at Race HQ on the day. Pushchairs and dogs are not permitted and the route is not suitable for wheelchairs.
