Badger Trail Races - Belleville, WI and Orangeville, IL - August 1-2, 2026
Badger Trail Races by Ten Junk Miles Racing takes place along the Badger State Trail and continues onto the Jane Addams Trail between Belleville, Wisconsin and Orangeville, Illinois. The course surface is primarily rail trail, with about 99% rail trail and under 1% asphalt. The 100 and 100K are held on August 1; the 50, 50K, marathon and half marathon are held on August 2.

- Half Marathon
Runners are supported by staffed aid stations approximately every 4 to 8 miles. Participants are timed from the starting line to the finish line. Official time cutoffs are 36 hours for the 100 mile, 33 hours for the 100K, 12 hours for the 50 mile and 50K, and 11 hours for the marathon and half marathon.
All finishers receive a finisher's award. Specific awards for the 100 mile include a belt for starters, a Badger Buckle for finishers, a larger buckle for finishes over 30 hours, and additional conchos and megabuckles for multiple-time finishers. The Badger 100 is an official qualifier for the Badwater 135. A race book will be released about one month before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
