Badger Trail Races by Ten Junk Miles Racing
Badger Trail Races is a multi-distance trail event held in and around Belleville, WI on August 1 and 2, 2026. The 100 mile and 100K races take place on August 1; the 50 mile, 50K, marathon and half marathon take place on August 2. The course follows the Badger State Trail and continues onto the Jane Addams Trail between Belleville, WI and Orangeville, IL.

The route is almost entirely rail trail, described as 99% rail trail and less than 1% asphalt. Full aid stations are located approximately every 4 to 8 miles. Runners are timed from the starting line to the finish line. Race cutoffs are specified by event: 100 mile 36 hours, 100K 33 hours, 50 mile 12 hours, 50K 12 hours, marathon 11 hours, half marathon 11 hours.
Finishers of all distances receive a finisher's award. Specific awards for 100 mile starters and finishers include a belt for starters and a Badger Buckle for finishers, with additional recognitions for time thresholds and multiple finishes. The Badger 100 also serves as an acknowledged qualifier for the Badwater 135. Communities mentioned in association with the course include Belleville, Monticello, Monroe and Orangeville.
