Bad to the Bone 5K
The Bad to the Bone 5K takes place on April 12, 2026, at Bonesaw Brewing Company in Glassboro, New Jersey. The event is a chip-timed 5K that finishes with craft beer, a live musician, awards, and a post-race party at the brewery.
The race lists HEADstrong Foundation as its charity partner. Participants receive a ticket for a craft beer, a custom beer glass, a race snack, and a custom high-quality shirt available in women's, men's/unisex, and youth sizes. A women's racerback tank top is available for a $5 upgrade; men's tanks do not require an extra fee. Organizers note that shirts are ordered in quantity, and registrations received by March 29 are more likely to receive a first-choice shirt.
A food truck will be on-site for the post-race gathering. Awards are given to the top three overall finishers and to male and female age group winners, with age groups including 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, and then every 10 years. Free downloadable race photos are provided and a professional photographer is on staff. 5K walkers and participants of all ages are welcome and must be registered for safety; a one hour time limit is requested.
