Bad to the Bone 5K
The Bad to the Bone 5K is a chip timed road race held on April 18, 2027 at Bonesaw Brewing Company in Glassboro, New Jersey. The event is the sixth annual running of this distance and includes a post race gathering at the brewery with craft beer, live music, food truck service, and awards.
Participants receive a ticket for a craft beer, a custom beer glass, a race snack, and a high quality shirt with women's, men's or youth sizes. A women's racerback tank top is available for a five dollar upgrade; men's tank options are available without an extra fee. Children have a discounted registration price and do not receive the beer ticket.
The race partners with the HEADstrong Foundation. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female overall finishers and to age group winners in the following categories: 14 and under, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, and then every 10 years. Free downloadable race photos are provided and a professional photographer will be on site. Walkers and children are welcome but must be registered; walkers start behind runners for safety and a one hour time limit is kindly requested.
