AZ SUNRISE SERIES - Arizona Boardwalk

AZ Sunrise Series holds its sixth leg at Arizona Boardwalk in Scottsdale on July 25, 2026. The event is the sixth race of the 13th Annual Arizona Sunrise Series and offers an in-person 5K and a Virtual Run option. The in-person 5K is limited to 700 participants.

Distances:

• 5K on course with extra water stations.
• Virtual Run with medal and shirt; shipping included, items ship after the event.

Event features include custom series medals and event swag with choices of arm sleeves, a dri-fit racerback tank, or a short sleeve shirt. Participants may opt out of swag for a price adjustment. Chip timing provides real-time results and race photos available online and via a mobile app. Male and female age group awards are given to the top three in multiple age categories, and a series points system awards extra points by age group and overall finish; the series includes prize drawings and larger series prizes.

Packet pickup is offered before the event at Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix and on site at Arizona Boardwalk. Race policies note that wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons are welcome, leashed pets are allowed, and roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are prohibited on the course.
