AZ SUNRISE SERIES - Foothills Park
AZ Sunrise Series continues its 13th annual season with the fifth leg at Foothills Park in Glendale, Arizona on July 11, 2026. The event features an in person 5K limited to 700 participants and a Virtual Run option that is restricted to US addresses.
Registration pricing varies by date. Mail-in registrations are accepted until July 6, 2026. Race day registration is available for a stated fee. Virtual participants receive event items by mail after the event and receive instructions by email on how to submit their time.
Participants receive a custom series medal and can add a custom medal attachment for each race completed. Event swag options include arm sleeves, a dri-fit racerback tank top, a sleeveless shirt, or a short sleeve shirt, with an option to opt out of swag for a discount. The event provides extra water stations along the course, pre- and post-race refreshments, and chip timing with real time results and photos via the event’s results platforms and mobile app.
Packet pickup is available the day before at Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix and at Foothills Park on race morning. The event welcomes wheelchairs, strollers, and wagons, allows leashed pets, and permits walkers. Roller blades, skateboards, and motorized devices are not allowed. The series awards male and female top three in all age groups and maintains a points system and prize drawing across seven series events.
