AZ SUNRISE SERIES - Foothills Park is scheduled for July 11, 2026 at Foothills Park, West Union Hills Drive, Glendale, AZ (5708 W Union Hills Dr, 85308). It is the fifth leg of the 13th Annual Arizona Sunrise Series and is limited to 700 in-person participants. The event offers both an in-person 5K and a Virtual Run option. Virtual registrations are restricted to U.S. addresses. Participants receive a custom series medal and event swag options or a $5 discount if they choose no swag. Extras along the course include additional water stations. The event uses chip timing with real-time results and photos, and male and female age group awards are given for the top three in each age group.

Registration, series and logistics

Registration is offered for single events and for the full series (7 events). The series awards points for each completed event, with extra points based on age group and overall finish; the top 100 point earners and participants who complete at least four of seven series events are entered into a prize drawing. Series prizes include multiple sponsor awards and three $500 gift cards. Mail-in registration is accepted until July 6, 2026. Packet pickup is available the day before at Road Runner Sports in North Phoenix and at the race location on race day. Race day registration is accepted in person; walkers, wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, and leashed pets are allowed. No refunds or transfers for weather.
