Avondale 5K - Race information
The Avondale 5K is the 17th annual running event held on Saturday, October 10, 2026, in Charleston, South Carolina. The race is a rain or shine event and lists Triangle Char + Bar at 828 Savannah Highway as race headquarters.
Registration pricing is tiered: $40 for early bird entry (price increases after July 21), $45 for regular registration through October 9, and $50 for day-of registration. Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2026, at Triangle Char + Bar. An after-race party takes place in Triangle’s parking lot following the race.
All proceeds from the Avondale 5K go directly to the Charles Webb Center. The Charles Webb Center is a developmental day care operated by the Disabilities Board of Charleston County that serves children with special needs from six weeks to ten years old. Funds raised are used for classroom equipment, supplies, food, and related needs.
