Avondale 5K : October 10, 2026
The Avondale 5K is the 17th annual running event held in Charleston, South Carolina. The race headquarters is at Triangle Char + Bar, 828 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29407. The event is held rain or shine and includes an after-race party in the venue parking lot.
Pricing is tiered: $40 for early bird registration (price increases after July 21), $45 for regular registration through October 9, and $50 on the day of the race. Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2026 at Triangle Char + Bar.
All proceeds from the Avondale 5K go directly to the Charles Webb Center. The Charles Webb Center is a developmental day care operated by the Disabilities Board of Charleston County that serves children with special needs from age 6 weeks to 10 years. Its mission is to support each child’s growth and development through an educational program, to develop self-esteem, and to strengthen social, language, and preschool skills.
