Austin Marathon
The Austin Marathon is an organized race day taking place in downtown Austin, Texas on February 14, 2027. The event includes multiple distances and runs through central neighborhoods, past landmarks such as the Texas State Capitol, South Congress, and Zilker Park. The marathon route finishes on historic Congress Avenue in front of the Texas State Capitol.
The weekend features live music along the course and additional downtown concert programming. A finish line festival follows the races and includes food and beverage areas, medals for finishers, and post-race entertainment. The event reports large on-course support, with aid stations located every few miles, over 3,000 volunteers, and tens of thousands of spectators along the route.

The event offers an expo and packet pick up, official race photography, athlete tracking and results, start waves, and FloTrack live coverage. There are team registration options and a charity program called Austin Marathon Gives. For 2027 there is a Military Appreciation Year focus; eligible active-duty and retired military members are listed as receiving 50 percent off registration.
