Event overview
The ATW Centurion 100KM Triathlon takes place at Box End Lakes, Bedford (MK43 8RN) on 24 May 2026. The Metric Centurion is a 100 km triathlon that combines a lake swim, a road bike leg, and an offroad run. The bike leg is non-draft legal. Aquabike and relay options are available, with relays possible for two or three people sharing the disciplines.
Event services include free parking at Box End Lakes and on-site camping at Box End Park. The event provides course marshals, course markings, free event photos, a custom medal, and finish-line snacks. The event lists Alzheimer’s Research UK as a charity partner.
Race distances, cutoffs and entry policy
- Metric Centurion - 2.2 km swim, 81 km bike, 20 km run
- Standard Triathlon - 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
- Sprint Triathlon - 750 m swim, 26 km bike, 5 km run
Swim cut-off is 2:30 - most participants finish the swim in under 1:10. Bike cut-off is 6:30 from race start - most complete the bike in about 3:00. Final race cut-off is 8:30 from race start - typical run time is around 2:30. ATW does not offer refunds or transfers to another person; entries can be transferred to another ATW event up to 48 hours before the event.
