About the race
The Duck N Dash Aquathlon, organized by Freedom Tri, is a welcoming multi-sport event held at the Letchworth Outdoor Pool. This event combines a 400m pool swim with a 5k run through the scenic Norton Common, making it suitable for participants of all ages and abilities, from 8 to 80 years old. The aquathlon features various categories, including junior races and a team relay option.
It is part of the East Region Adult Race Series and promotes inclusivity by accommodating visually impaired and mixed ability athletes.
