ATW Bedford 5 & 10
The ATW Bedford 5 & 10 takes place at Russell Park in Bedfordshire. The event features a course set primarily on the Bedford Embankment and the surrounding river area. The route consists of a 5 mile lap that is flat and traffic-free, utilizing tarmac paths and hard-standing surfaces. With less than 100m of total elevation, the course is designed for fast times and is monitored with professional chip timing.
Participants follow a path towards the Town Bridge, crossing the river before heading toward Priory Park. The route meanders alongside the River Ouse and includes a loop around Priory Lake. The finish line is located back on the Embankment. Runners choosing the longer distance complete the lap a second time.

- 5 miles (Minimum age 15)
- 10 miles (Minimum age 17)
- Children's Fun Run
The event includes professional commentary and caters to spectators with on-site catering services. All finishers receive a custom designed medal along with finish line snacks and goodies. While there is no allocated parking at the race site, several public parking locations are available within walking distance in Bedford.
