Atlanta Women's 4 Miler : 2026 Northside Hospital
The Northside Hospital Atlanta Women's 4 Miler is a women-only, four-mile road race held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, on Mother's Day weekend in Atlanta. The event is open to females ages 9 and older and is based at Lenox Square, 3393 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. Free parking is available at Lenox Square.
Participants receive an adidas women's cut short-sleeve shirt, a finisher medal, and a flower at the finish line. MarathonFoto provides free race day photos. The official timing device is a MYLAPS ThinTag adhered to the back of the race number; participants are asked not to remove or bend the tag and to wear their number visibly on the front of the torso.
The course has a time limit of 1 hour and 40 minutes for the 4 miles (a 25 minute per mile pace). Strollers and baby joggers start in a dedicated stroller wave; other wheeled conveyances and pets are not permitted on the course. Headphones are strongly discouraged for safety.
Awards include prize money for overall female finishers (1st $500, 2nd $250, 3rd $125) and a masters female award. Prize money recipients must be members of the Atlanta Track Club to receive payment. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in standard divisions from 9-14 through 90+, excluding overall winners.
