Northside Hospital Atlanta Women's 4 Miler - 2026
The Northside Hospital Atlanta Women's 4 Miler is a women-only 4-mile road race held on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Lenox Square in Atlanta, Georgia. The event is open to women and girls ages 9 and older and includes event swag: an adidas women's cut short-sleeve shirt, a finisher medal, and a flower at the finish line.
Number pickup is available the day before the race and on race day at Lenox Square. Online registration closes the day before the race; on-site registration may be available if spots remain. Online entry fees range from $45 to $65 depending on registration tier, and on-site registration is listed at $70.
The course has a time limit of 1 hour and 40 minutes for the 4 miles. For safety and enjoyment, no pets or wheeled conveyances including roller/inline skates and bicycles are permitted on the course; dogs are not allowed. Participants pushing strollers must start in the dedicated stroller wave and follow stroller rules. Headphones are strongly discouraged.
Awards include overall female prize money (1st $500, 2nd $250, 3rd $125) and a masters female award. Prize money recipients must be Atlanta Track Club members.
