2027 Atlanta Marathon Weekend
The event takes place March 6 - 7, 2027 in Downtown Atlanta and spans two days. The 5K and youth events are scheduled for Saturday, and the full marathon and half marathon are scheduled for Sunday. The race is an Abbott World Marathon Major Wanda Age Group World Rankings Qualifying race.
The youth program is for children 14 and under and includes a 5K, a 3K and a 50M Dash. Children may enter multiple distances and can use the Track & Field Zone during the youth portion.
Registration uses tiered pricing that increases over time. Early-entry prices include the lowest-price spots for the first registrants: the half marathon lists $90 for the first 500 participants, the marathon lists $130 for the first 500 participants, and the 5K lists $35 for the first 250 participants. Prices rise through several registration periods and are higher at the race Expo. Spots are available until the race sells out and there are no guaranteed entries available at the Expo.
