Event Overview
The Ashtabula Greenway Trail event is organized by the Ashtabula Distance Runner's Club (ADR). This competition takes place along a paved bike trail, with all participants starting and finishing at the Lampson Road entrance located in Austinburg Township, Ohio.
There are two distinct distances offered:
- 10K
- 2 Miles
Course Details
Both race distances feature flat terrain on a paved surface. The 10K course directs participants south along the Greenway Trail before they turn around at the halfway point to return to the start. The 2 mile course heads in the opposite direction, traveling north until the halfway turnaround point.
Logistics and Participation
Registration is available in advance or on the day of the event. On-site registration requires exact change, check, or credit card for payment. Profits generated from the event are used by the ADR Club to fund scholarships, provide seed money for future races, host an annual awards banquet, and support other club programs.
General pets and dogs are not permitted on the course or at the event site, though service animals are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
