Stasny Road Racing 5K Prediction Race
The Stasny Road Racing 5K Prediction Race is scheduled for Sunday, April 26, 2026, at the Western Reserve Greenway Trail, Lampson Rd Trailhead, 2591 Lampson Rd., Austinburg, OH 44010. The event uses a prediction format where each entrant submits an estimated finishing time during registration.
During registration participants must enter their predicted finish time in the format H:MM:SS. The goal is to run a 5K and finish as close as possible to the submitted time without using timing aids. Awards are given to the top five runners whose official finishing times are closest to their predictions.
Official rules prohibit watches, GPS, stopwatches, phones, music or headphones, measuring wheels, sundials, and similar timing aids; use of these items results in disqualification with no refund. Chip timing through Chronotrack Systems will be used for official scoring, and scoring is based on whole seconds. Results posted to Athlinks and on-site display screens are not the official results. Tie breaking is determined by higher overall finishing position.
Registration is available online only at StasnyRoadRacing.com, and paperless day of registration will be available. Entry fees are $15 until December 31, 2025, $20 until April 26, 2026, and $25 on race day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
