Event overview
This community running event takes place on October 17, 2026 at Crooked Hammock Brewery in Lewes, Delaware. The program includes a timed 5K Run/Walk and a walking-only one-mile event called the Crooked Crawl. The course is a fast and flat residential out-and-back that starts and finishes at the brewery.

Registration and logistics are tiered, with a pre-registration fee of $30 for early sign-ups and higher fees for later and race-week registration; race-day registration is available at a higher rate. Early packet pick-up and late registration are offered the day before the event at the Crooked Hammock Brewery. Pre-registrants who register by the stated deadline receive long sleeve gender-specific tee shirts; a registration date is provided for guaranteeing sizes.
Post-race amenities include a party hosted by the brewery with family activities such as face painting and crafts, refreshments provided by the brewery, live music, raffles, and an awards ceremony. Awards are given to top overall and master finishers, and to the top three in ten-year age groups from 9 and under through 70 and over. A team award is offered to the team with the most participants.
