Packet pickup is available at First Baptist Church Ashland, 800 Thompson Street, on October 16, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and at Carter Park on race day from 6:45 AM to 7:30 AM. Registrations are accepted at both packet pickup locations and, per the event information, all registration will be onsite after October 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Both the 10K and 5K courses are US Track & Field certified (VA21018RT and VA21016RT). Timing for both events is chip timing provided by Commonwealth Timing. Participants registered by September 30, 2026 receive a race t-shirt; participants receive a finisher medal and automatic entry for prizes on race day.
