Race services and policies
Packet pick up is held in the school gym. A post-race party is held in the gym with music, local sponsors and vendors, snacks, and hot chocolate made with chocolate from French Broad Chocolates and milk from Farm to Home Milk. Online registration closes January 23 at midnight or when the event sells out. There is a no-refund policy; the event may be postponed for inclement weather at the race director’s discretion.
