ASCV 5K & Family Fun Day
The ASCV 5K & Family Fun Day takes place in Innsbrook, Glen Allen, Virginia on May 16, 2026. The event combines timed and untimed walking and running options with a Resource Fair, a Safety Fair, main stage entertainment, and family-friendly activities. Activities and course areas are described as wheel-friendly.
Distances offered:
- 3.1 Miles, 5K run and 5K walk
- 1 Mile, 1 mile walk
- 3.1 Miles, virtual 5K with mailed packet
- 3.1 Miles, Kids 5 and under (registration required)
The 5K Runner entry is chip timed and includes a racing bib, event t-shirt, and swag bag. The 5K Walker and 1 Mile Walker entries include a bib (no chip for the 5K Walker) and an event t-shirt and swag bag. Virtual 5K registrations include a mailed packet with an event t-shirt; mailed packets may arrive after event day. Children aged 5 and under must be registered but will not receive an event t-shirt. Registration is required for all attendees.
Each 5K participant also functions as a fundraiser; funds raised support the Autism Society of Central Virginia and its programs to support, empower, and build connections for the local autism community.
