Art In Motion 10K/5K/2K - Vaughan (October 18, 2026)
Art In Motion is a charity race in Vaughan that raises funds for SickKids Foundation and the Dr. Bonnie Cameron Post-Secondary Scholarship. The event includes in-person and virtual participation options.
Distances offered:
- 10 km Trail Run, start at McMichael Canadian Art Collection (10365 Islington Ave, Kleinburg, ON)
- 5 km Trail Run, start at Boyd Conservation Area (enter via 8700 Pine Valley Dr, Vaughan, ON)
- 2 km Family Run, start at Boyd Conservation Area
- Virtual race option
Race kit contents and services: tech shirt for 10K and 5K participants (2K participants receive a hat), finisher medal for all, chip timing for 10K and 5K, and downloadable race photos. On-site offerings include a pancake breakfast, a silent auction, free race photos, complimentary bag check, and free parking at Boyd Conservation Park with shuttle service to the 10K start where required.
Aid stations provide water and Gatorade at the start/finish and along the course. A round-trip bus service from Sherbourne and Keele subway stations is available for a fee with limited seating. Race kit pickup occurs in the days before the event and bibs for each distance are available at their respective start locations on race day.
Fundraising options: raise $150 to receive free race entry; raise $1,000 or more to qualify for a VIP experience including a VIP swag bag and additional privileges. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
