Art In Motion 10K/5K/2K
Art In Motion 10K/5K/2K is a charity run and walk held in Vaughan, Ontario on October 18, 2026. The Athletics Ontario certified event raises funds for SickKids Foundation and the Dr. Bonnie Cameron Post-Secondary Scholarship for young people living with arthritis.
Participants can choose from these options:
- 10K trail run starting at the McMichael Canadian Art Collection
- 5K trail run through Boyd Conservation Area
- 2K family run/walk at Boyd Conservation Area
- Virtual race with mailed race kit and medal upon completion
Event services and amenities include free parking at Boyd Conservation Area, shuttle services between the Boyd parking area and the 10K start at McMichael, and an optional round-trip bus from Sherbourne and Keele stations for a fee. Race kits provide a tech shirt for 10K/5K (hat for 2K), a finisher medal, and downloadable race photos. Chip timing is used for the 10K and 5K. On-course drinks are provided (water and Gatorade at specified points), complimentary post-race massages, a pancake breakfast, bag check, and race photography.
Fundraising incentives are available: raising $150 earns a free race entry, and raising $1,000 qualifies participants for a VIP package with additional perks. Corporate VIP entries are offered with defined group privileges. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
