Summer Series #3 - We Run PHX
Summer Series #3 is a four mile loop beginning and ending at Rio Vista Park in Peoria, Arizona, with the course running along the wash. The event is presented as part of the ARR Summer Series and is described as a 4th of July tradition.
Registration closes on July 4, 2026 at 5:59 am MST on RunSignUp and there will be no race day paper registration. Packet pick up is scheduled the morning of the event. The race is chip timed by Race Timers. Runners who finish may choose from alternative finisher medal designs.
Race shirts are available in several options. Signing up for all five series races includes a tank top in men’s or women’s sizes; youth T shirts are available. Participants may opt out of a shirt for a $5 discount. Individual race shirts are available for $15.
Each individual race includes overall awards and age group medals across standard age brackets from youth through 80 and over, plus awards for the top three male and female finishers. The complete five-race Summer Series awards are presented at a social event after the series is complete.
A barbecue follows the event with hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs and fresh cut watermelon listed on the menu. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
