ARR Summer Series

Summer Series #3 is a Fourth of July race held at Rio Vista Park in Peoria, Arizona. The event features a 4 mile loop course that starts and finishes at the park and runs along the wash.
There is no race day paper registration; online registration closes on July 4, 2026 at 5:59 am MST on RunSignUp. Packet pick-up is provided on the morning of the race and an awards ceremony is held after the race.
Registration options and apparel vary by entry. Competitors who register for all five Summer Series races receive a tank top in men's or women's sizes; youth t-shirts are available. Entrants may opt out of the shirt for a $5 reduction. For single races, shirts are offered for $15.
A post-race July 4th barbecue is provided with hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs with condiments, and fresh cut watermelon. Finishers may choose their medal design. Chip timing for the race is provided by Race Timers.
Each individual race awards medals in multiple age groups from 10 and under through 80 and over, and recognizes the top three male and female finishers. The complete ARR Summer Series comprises five races and awards for the series are presented at a social event after the series is complete.
