ARMC 5K

The ARMC 5K is a community-focused running and walking event held in Colton, California. Hosted by the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) Foundation, this event is provided free of charge to participants. The primary objectives of the event are to encourage physical exercise and to promote the various community services offered by San Bernardino County and the medical center.

The event features a single distance:

  • 5K Walk/Run

Participants can collect their race bibs and packets the day before the event at the Frank A. Gonzales Center or on the morning of the race while supplies last. An event shirt is available for the first 800 people who pick up their bibs, though sizes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. All participants who complete the course receive a finisher medal.

The event takes place rain or shine. The venue includes various event booths and light refreshments for those in attendance. A water station is positioned along the course to provide hydration to participants.

Free parking is available on the grounds of the medical center. Participants may use any designated parking slot that is not reserved for disabled parking or hospital staff. Non-fenced lots are available for general use, and fenced lots are accessible only if the gates are locked in the open position. To ensure safety and logistics, pets are not permitted at this event.
