Mental Health Awareness and Community Unity
The Arkansas Rasta Fest is a multi-distance event held in North Little Rock at Willow Street and Riverfront Drive. Organized by the John Cain Foundation, the event focuses on mental health awareness through the promotion of exercise and general wellness. - 5k Run/Walk: A 3.1-mile course for in-person participants.
- 10k Run/Walk: A 6.2-mile course for in-person participants.
- Virtual 5k and 10k: A remote option allowing participation from any location.
Virtual participants receive an event t-shirt, a 5th-anniversary finisher medal, and a race bib. The Arkansas Rasta Fest also hosts on-site vendors, business organizations, and food trucks.
