Ardmore RAH! 10K, 5K, Fun Run and Food Drive
Ardmore RAH! is a community running event in the Ardmore neighborhood of Winston Salem on October 17, 2026. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes multiple distances to accommodate different participant preferences.

- 1 mile Fun Run, in person and virtual
- 5K, in person and virtual
- 10K, in person and virtual
The event is a food drive with all net proceeds benefiting the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northwest NC. The 5K and 10K races are sanctioned by USA Track & Field. The Second Helping Club provides a $15 discount for participants who register for both the 5K and the 10K at the same time.
Participation details note that runners, walkers and wheelchair racers are welcome, and strollers are permitted. Pets are not allowed on the race course. Race packets and t-shirts are distributed before the event at Fleet Feet Winston Salem and on race day at Redeemer Presbyterian Church; t-shirts are guaranteed for participants registered on or before September 23. Suggested parking locations include Ardmore Baptist Church and Ardmore United Methodist Church, each about 0.5 miles from Redeemer Presbyterian Church.
