Butterfly Run Okanagan 2026
Butterfly Run Okanagan takes place on October 3, 2026 at Kelowna City Park. This is the 4th annual event and its purpose is to support people who have experienced infertility, pregnancy loss, TFMR, and infant loss. The event aims to build a community within the Okanagan, raise awareness, and raise funds for in-person and online support programs.
All proceeds support local initiatives and free bereavement programs through Butterfly Support Network.

Registration and race kit details Adult registration is paid and fees vary by registration period. Children under 12 are free but must be registered; child registration does not include a race kit or t shirt. Each paid registration includes a race kit and t shirt by default, with an option to decline the kit. Child sized t shirts can be purchased for $15 at registration. September 1 is the last day to guarantee preferred adult t shirt size; late registrants may receive an alternate size.
Event activities Pre event kit pick up is scheduled for September 26 in Kelowna (Dolphins Statue, 1200 Water Street) and Vernon (Lakeview Park). On event day there is an opening program with land acknowledgement and personal stories, a group warm up, and a post event celebration featuring live entertainment, food trucks, a kid zone, local vendors and community resource booths.
