Pershore Plum 10k
The Pershore Plum 10k is a chip timed, multi‑terrain flat 10 km route held on 30 August 2026. The course starts at Pershore Leisure Centre, follows Pershore High Street, crosses the river, goes into the countryside and fields around Wick, then returns to finish in Abbey Park with Pershore Abbey as a backdrop. Marshals, directional signs and road markings will be provided on the route.
Race administration is based at Pershore Leisure Centre where race number and timing chip are collected. Toilets and changing facilities are available at the leisure centre. Parking is available at Pershore Leisure Centre and nearby town car parks; the closest car park to the finish is Abbey Park Car Park and an alternative municipal car park is a short walk from the start. Organisers recommend car sharing to reduce local impact.
Entry is online only through Entry Central, limited to 325 places and allocated on a first come, first served basis. If the limit is reached a waiting list will be created and there will be no entries on the day. Entry fees are stated as £22.00 including booking fee for non affiliated runners and £20.00 for UKA affiliated runners. All participants must be 18 or older and dogs, bicycles and buggies are not permitted on the course.
Water is provided on course at about 2.5 km and 7.2 km using compostable cups, with a possible additional station at 5 km in hot conditions. First aid will be available at the finish area and a mobile first aider will be on the course. Prize awards for first, second and third male and female finishers are based on gun time; age category prizes use chip timing. The event is held under UK Athletics rules with licence 2026-30741. A proportion of entry fees will be donated to local Pershore charities after costs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
