Annal's Angels 5K Run/Walk
Annal's Angels 5K Run/Walk is a community memorial event on 09/05/2026 at Palmer Elementary School in Baldwinsville, New York (7864 Hicks Road). The event honors two children who died in a car crash on the NYS Thruway on 09/03/2020 and brings the local community together to celebrate their lives. Proceeds will be shared with several community nonprofits and Annal’s Angels, with a stated focus on literacy in Central New York.
Event options include the in-person 5K and a virtual 5K, plus a kids fun run called the Koala Krawl for children 10 and under. Fees listed by the organizer are $25 for each 5K option and $12 for the Koala Krawl, which includes a shirt.
Registration opens 04/01/2026 and the organizer advises registering by 08/18/2026 to be guaranteed a shirt. Packet pick up is scheduled the Wednesday before the event at the Baldwinsville Public Library, 33 East Genesee St, and there is a morning packet pick up at Palmer Elementary for 5K participants.
Donations from the event will be shared with The Baldwinsville Christmas Bureau, Friends Forever Animal Rescue, and the Baldwinsville Rotary Back Pack program, as well as other community not for profits and Annal’s Angels. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
