Annadel Loop (ERC event)
The 40th annual Annadel Loop is a 6.45-mile trail race held in the hills of Annadel State Park on November 1, 2026. The event uses the State Park parking lot at the end of Channel Drive for the race location; this is different from previous years when the Cobblestone Trailhead was used.
Online registration is open through 5PM Saturday, October 31, 2026. Empire Runners Club members have free online entry through that deadline and a reduced race day registration fee. New 2027 membership options include an adult membership for $36, a family membership for $48, and a youth membership (21 and under) for $12; these memberships include entry to this race and free entry to multiple ERC races. Non-members may register online for $25 through 5PM on October 31, or pay a higher fee on race day.
Runners receive staggered head starts based on age and gender. Awards are presented to the top 13 finishers. Registration is limited to the first 100 runners; the event notes limited parking capacity in the lot at the end of Channel Drive and suggests using dispersed parking on nearby streets such as Montgomery Drive and Violetti, with a short jog down Channel Drive as a warm-up.
