Anime Fan and Fitness Festival in Gilroy, CA
The Anime Fan and Fitness Festival is a themed running and community event on September 19, 2026, at 7049 Miller Ave., Gilroy, California. The event offers multiple course distances on paved trails that use out and back loops.
- 10 km out and back on a paved trail, 6.2 miles.
- 5 km out and back on a paved trail, 3.1 miles.
- 400 m approximate out and back on a paved trail.
Registration opens January 19, 2026. Fee tiers are specified by period: for the 10 km it is $50 from January through June, $60 in July, and $70 from August through race day. For the 5 km it is $40 from January through June, $50 in July, and $60 from August through race day. Little Ninja Dash registration is free; registering by July 31 is required to receive a finisher ribbon.
Each registration includes official race timing results from SVE Timing, an official race bib, and a finisher wooden medal. There is an option to purchase a finisher t-shirt for an additional fee.
A Victory Village will follow the runs and will include small businesses, local food options, local performers, and a Fandom Anime Quest where participants can complete challenges to earn an Initial Mile Warrior Badge. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
