Stronger Together 2026
Stronger Together 2026 is the fifth annual community awareness and fundraising event organized by Monarch Services to mark the beginning of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The event takes place on September 20, 2026, at the Aptos High School Track and Field, 100 Mariner Way, Aptos, CA. It raises funds and awareness for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking across Santa Cruz County.
The event includes organized 1k and 5k courses and a program of family-friendly activities. On-site offerings include children’s activities, a dance performance, music, food trucks, community resource tables, raffles, and team prizes. Same-day registration is available on the day of the event.
Registration options and minimum donation amounts listed by the organizer include:
- Family Package: two adult registrations plus unlimited children registrations and one tote bag; minimum $84.95 donation.
- 5k Walk/Run: includes bib and custom tote bag; minimum $39.95 donation.
- 1k Children/Youth Fun Run: minimum $24.95 donation.
Early bird pricing is available for the registration period beginning June 1 through September 20, 2026. Fundraising progress reported for the event shows $7,761.37 raised toward a $25,000 goal (31%). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
