Angels 10k - Ashleworth
The event is a 10 km road race on 13 September 2026, held in the Severn Vale with views of the Cotswold and Malvern hills. It is part of the Gloucestershire AAA Road Race Series 2026 and carries a race licence number listed as TBC.
Race headquarters are at Woodpeckers Cricket Club, Woodpeckers Close, Ashleworth, Gloucestershire GL19 4JS. Facilities at the venue include a water stop, toilets, and cake and refreshments. Free parking is provided on the cricket ground; parking may be limited in wet conditions. Chip timing is provided by Lush Race Timing. All finishers receive a medal or wild flower seeds.
Entry fees are stated as £18.00 for UKA affiliated runners and £20.00 for non affiliated runners; entries are non refundable. The race is limited to 225 places and entry is by online registration only; online entry closes at midnight on 6 September. Minimum entry age is 15 years on 13 September 2026. Wheelchair entries, buggies, and dogs are not permitted due to terrain and poor road surface in areas.
Race numbers may be transferred between runners only with prior agreement of the organisers and with requests made before midnight on 6 September. Race numbers are to be collected on the day from 08:30am. Runners found to be competing under another person’s name will be disqualified. Prizes are awarded to the first three positions for men and women and trophies are awarded in categories from V35 to V75 for both sexes. The race will follow any applicable guidance on race day.
