Andover Half Marathon & 12km : Andover, Hampshire, 25 October 2026
The Andover event offers two road race options organised by Seasons Run Club from a town-centre race village on Andover High Street. The course heads south through quiet villages and provides panoramic views that include three Iron Age hill forts. The event uses accurate chip timing and a way-marked route with marshals and checkpoints throughout. First aid is available at the Race Village and support vehicles run on course.
Distances
- Half Marathon - 13.1 miles, mixed terrain, about 84% paved.
- 12km - about 12.77 km, mostly paved, around 10% firm dirt, approximately 100 m elevation gain.
Course and support details include a half marathon elevation gain of about 229 m (751 ft) and aid stations on the half at approximately 4.7 miles and 9 miles, with additional water stops on hot days. The 12km has no organised aid stations so runners should carry hydration as needed. The half marathon has a cut-off of 3 hours 30 minutes; the 12km cut-off is 2 hours 30 minutes.
Awards include a finisher's medal for every entrant, cash prizes of £100 for first male and first female overall, overall podium places and age category awards.
