Amigos Run Club - Middleton
Amigos Run Club is a regular Sunday run that starts and finishes at Amigo's Coffee Bar, 4 Middleton Way, Middleton M24 4DF. The event is held in person and meets weekly on Sundays.
The session is described as a relaxed 6 km run with an expected pace of 7:00 to 7:30 per km. There is a front and a back pacer, a brief stop about halfway, and additional stops as needed so that no one is left behind. Participants may jog or run, and some weeks the distance may be increased with notice provided in advance.
