American Heroes Run : Longmont, Colorado
The American Heroes Run is a multi-distance running event held September 11-12, 2026, in Longmont, Colorado, at 220 Hover Street. The event commemorates the events of 9/11/01 and honors those who serve to keep the nation free. The course is a flat, fast 1.05-mile loop with a fully staffed aid station located near the start and finish. Bathrooms are available nearby.

The 100-mile race has a 30-hour cutoff. All participants receive a race shirt and a special event dogtag. Finishers receive a unique event coin and finisher award. 100-mile finishers receive a belt buckle. Overnight races offer optional pre-ordered hot food prepared between laps, including quesadillas (vegan and non-vegan), potatoes, mashed potatoes, and ramen. Virtual participants receive a shirt, certificate, and awards; overseas shipping incurs an extra charge.
