• Wheelchair 5K - wheelchair category with a potential separate route

Competition and awards

• All relay teams must consist of five members; a team member may perform one leg only and may compete in only one event.
• Relay divisions include age, gender, family, first responder, military, commercial, and other categories; the fastest male and female relay teams are designated USA National Champions.
• Age-group awards are given for the half marathon and 5K in ten-year increments; overall and masters awards are also listed.
• Minimum prize amounts are published for several overall winners, including $500 for the winning open male and female relay teams.
