The Holiday Stress Buster 5K - 13th Annual takes place on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, in Lake Helen, Florida at Blake Park. The event includes both in-person and virtual participation options.

The in-person 5K is open to participants of all ages; the 17 & Under entry is limited to ages 17 and under. Virtual participants can submit their time to the event results and must claim their race shirt, bib and medal at packet pickup.
Registration, race services and awards
Entry fees vary by registration date and category: $25 for the first 100 registrations, then $30 for the next period; later registration periods increase to $40. Student pricing for ages 17 and under is $20. Early packet pickup is offered on December 17 and December 18 at Creative Arts Cafe (493 S Lakeview Dr, Lake Helen). Race-day packet pickup occurs at the race site at Blake Park.
Timing will be chip based using a disposable chip attached to the back of the bib. All finishers receive a finisher medal; age-group charms will be awarded for multiple age categories, and a free kids run is included with a ribbon for each child. Registered runners receive an event logo shirt; size requests received after December 13 are not guaranteed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
