Altrincham 10K
The Altrincham event is a generally flat 10 km race on closed roads, scheduled for Sunday 6th September 2026. The course starts and finishes in Altrincham town centre and heads along Hale Road toward Hale Barns, which includes the only incline of note. The route then loops around Davenport Green and returns to Altrincham via Grove Lane and Moss Lane, with the finish on Stamford New Road. The course is described as having PB potential.
The event forms part of the Top Flight series. The series awards points to top finishers, with 25 points for the winner and descending points for places up to 10th. Time-based cash prizes are offered for the men and women races based on gun time; the race winner cash prize is listed as £200. Additional Top Flight bonuses are available for performances below qualifying times, with cash awards for 1st through 8th in those categories.
