Alpha Law Group Autism 5K

Alpha Law Group presents the 2nd Annual Autism Benefit 5K to raise awareness and funds for autism support. The event benefits the Autism Society of Florida and The Haven of Sarasota and is held at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, FL, near University Town Center.

Event options include:

• 5K road race for runners.
• 1 Mile walking event.
• Virtual 5K with mailed shirt and participation ribbons.

Registration opens June 23, 2026. Published registration fees are $30 for the in-person 5K, $25 for the 1 Mile walkers, and $40 for the virtual 5K. Registration close dates vary by event; some entries may not include a shirt if registered after online inventory is depleted.

Packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday March 4th, 4 to 7 pm at New Balance University, 315 N Cattlemen Rd, Sarasota, FL. Virtual participants receive shirt and ribbons by mail, do not need a bib, and submit their time online.

Awards include overall male and female winners, masters and age-based masters categories, and age group awards for 1st through 3rd male and female in five year age groups. The event features family amenities such as bouncy houses, popcorn, cotton candy, a Sarasota County fire truck, Kona Ice, pony rides, and food vendors on site.
