Let Freedom Run

Let Freedom Run is a community run and walk held on June 20, 2026 at Rutledge Wilson Farm Park in Springfield, Missouri. The event offers in-person and virtual participation and directs its proceeds to anti trafficking ministries and Happy Horizons Children's Ranch.

In-person options include a 5K run and a 1 mile walk. The one mile course is fully paved and suitable for strollers; the 5K course includes gravel sections and strollers or wagons are not permitted on that course. There will be a short time of prayer for those who have been trafficked, and the event will recognize sponsor partners and the male and female winners of the 5K run. The event is planned rain or shine; activities will be delayed only in the case of lightning. Pets should be left at home unless they are service animals.

Virtual participants may complete a distance of their choice at a convenient time and place. Virtual packets are scheduled to be mailed in May and a small shipping fee is included in virtual registration. Registration details note that a custom Let Freedom Run shirt is included for registrations completed before May 26, 2026, fees increase on that date, and participants under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete registration.
