Event Overview
The Willow River Run is a running event on Saturday, July 11, 2026. It takes place in New Richmond, Wisconsin. The event offers two chip-timed distances: a 5K and a 10K. Both are run/walk events on an out-and-back course.
Course Details
The start and finish for both distances is in Mary Park. The course is marked with orange cones and orange paint on the road for turns. Participants are asked to stay to the left of the cones on the way out and to the right on the way back.
- The 5K route is an out-and-back course to Oak Ridge (147th).
- The 10K course goes out, loops around Fox Run, and then returns to Mary Park.
There will be one water stop for the 5K and two water stops for the 10K. The course is clearly marked with corner marshals and police at major intersections. An ambulance will provide a sweep of the course.
