All Day at Holloway
All Day at Holloway is a distance running event held at Holloway Park in Lakeland, Florida. The event takes place on a cross-country course that is also utilized for NCAA D2 Regionals. Participants run on a 10 km loop that is groomed and features a wide trail surface with a canopy for shade. Each loop includes approximately 200 feet of elevation gain.
The event offers several individual distances and a team category:
- 10 km (one loop)
- 30 km (three loops)
- 50 km (five loops)
- 50 km relay (five-person teams, one loop per person)
The course is maintained in a specific condition for competitive cross-country racing. For the relay category, teams can compete in all-male, all-female, or coed divisions, with coed teams requiring a minimum of two female runners.
There is a time restriction in place for all participants. Regardless of the chosen distance, runners must begin their final lap by 4:30 PM. Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers in the individual distances, as well as the top teams in each relay category.
