Albany Ave 5K Massapequa

Albany Ave 5K Massapequa is a community road race held at Albany Avenue School, 101 N. Albany, Massapequa, NY 11758. The event features a USATF certified 5K course and a separate children's fun run. Registration is not yet open and will open ahead of the listed date.

All finishers in the 5K receive a medal. The event offers refreshments, snacks, T-shirts, and a post-race awards ceremony with professional announcing. Live results are available online and via email and text, and free video and same-day finish line photos are provided. Additional photos are posted on Facebook.

Awards are presented to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.

All proceeds support the Albany Ave School PTA. Pre-registration packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday 5/15 from 6 to 8 pm at Albany Avenue School Heritage Hall (Cafeteria). Race day packet pick-up and registration are located at Heritage Hall; a self lookup area is available for runners who do not know their bib number.
