Albany Ave 5K Massapequa
The Albany Ave 5K Massapequa is a community road running event held at Albany Avenue School in Massapequa, New York. The course is a USATF certified 5K and the event includes a separate children’s fun run. The event takes place rain or shine.

Amenities listed for participants include a finisher medal for all finishers, refreshments and snacks, race T shirts, and a post race awards ceremony with professional announcing. Results are provided live online and by email or text, and the organizer offers free video and same day finish line photos. Miscellaneous event photos are shared on social media.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three male and female in age groups ranging from 12 and under through 75 and older.
Packet pickup is available before the event at Albany Avenue School Heritage Hall (Cafeteria) and on race day at the same location. A personalized race number is available for registrations completed at least three weeks before the event.
