Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race
The Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race is an annual 10K held in Atlanta. The 2026 edition is the 57th running and brings more than 55,000 runners and walkers to the streets of the city. The course starts at Lenox Square and finishes in Piedmont Park, taking participants through central Atlanta.
In 2026 the event names Northside Hospital as its title partner for the first time in more than 50 years. The year also coincides with the United States 250th anniversary and Atlanta hosting the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The event offers an in-person race and a Virtual Peachtree option that allows participation from other locations.
Registration pathways described for recent events include Atlanta Track Club member registration with guaranteed entry and preferred wave placement, a lottery system for non-members, and charity wave entries that support the Kilometer Kids youth running program. Early registration for the 2027 Peachtree was open July 4-11, 2026, providing guaranteed entry into both the July 4 and January 2 events during that period.
