About the race
The AIRE Ultra Trail and Super Trail Half is a scenic running event held at Piglove By The River in Leeds, within Citu’s Climate Innovation District. The Ultra Trail covers approximately 43-45 km (27-28 miles), while the Super Trail Half is about 22 km (14 miles). The course is fast and flat, following riverside trails, public footpaths, and some tarmac, passing through St Aiden's and Fairburn Ings Nature Reserves.
Runners enjoy well-marked routes with water and snack stations, and finishers receive a locally sourced medal and a complimentary pint from Piglove Brewing Co.
