The event is an indoor "HYROX" styled inflatable obstacle course held in Abu Dhabi. Participants run a 1 km section, pass a set of inflatable obstacles, and then repeat that sequence multiple times to complete their chosen distance. The event offers three race distances.
Obstacles are placed a few metres apart so participants alternate short bursts of obstacle work with the 1 km running sections. The format is intended to combine running and repeated obstacle circuits within an indoor venue.
