About the race

The event takes place in Abu Dhabi at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi on 22 August 2026. Teams compete in one of three divisions: Pro, Everyday, or Open, with separate prize categories for Male/Male, Female/Female and Mixed teams.
The competition workout requires teams to complete movements in sequence, including runs, rowing, skiing, bike calories and several strength movements. Key segments include 1,500 m runs, 1,200 m row, 1,200 m ski, 80 cal Assault Bike, and sets of deadlifts, front squats, thrusters, box jump overs and burpees, with work distributed between teammates.
