AGPMA Run for the Goal 5K - Webster, TX
The AGPMA Run for the Goal 5K is scheduled for April 11, 2026 at Challenger Seven Memorial Park, 2301 W. NASA Parkway, Webster, TX. This is the event's 13th edition and serves as a fundraiser for AGPMA black belt candidates.
The event program includes:
- 5K Run/Walk
- Kids K (ages 9 and under)
Funds raised will help cover some costs associated with the candidates' summer testing and performance. The 2026 candidates will complete more than 125 hours of training plus five full days of testing, followed by a three-hour performance and graduation ceremony.
Registration notes from the organizer indicate an early registration deadline and that race shirts will not be included for registrations after a specified date. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at Dickinson Premier Martial Arts, 3455 Gulf Freeway, Dickinson, TX. Race day registration accepts cash and check only.
The race route uses a mix of road, trail, and grassy areas. Strollers are not recommended. Awards are planned for overall master and open male and female, and for age groups including 9 and under, 10–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+.
