As part of the Cornish Grand Prix Running Series, the event follows a circular path that begins and ends in the village centre. The course leads participants around St Agnes Beacon and towards St Agnes Head before returning via Beacon Drive.

The race utilizes a distance of 5 miles (approximately 8 km) on paved roads. All participants are chip timed, though final awards are determined by gun time. Additionally, the event does not permit dogs, wheelchairs, or strollers on the course.

The event headquarters is located at the St Agnes Sports Club at Enys Park. This site serves as the hub for registration and essential facilities:

  • Toilets and changing areas are available at the sports club.
  • Free parking is provided on-site, with additional spaces near the local library.
  • Race headquarters is located 1200 meters from the official start line.

Participants must be at least 15 years old on the day of the event. While there is no official baggage storage, space is available at the club for items left at the owner's risk.
